Did any of you catch this? In the first shot Qarth is shown in all its beauty, but in the second one, when the horde is walking into the city and the camera zooms out only another gate is shown, not sure if it was a mistake or two different angles of shooting?

I think it’s just the different angle. Also note that the top of the gate (the semicircle part) is not open in either shot
